With this new service, the HL Personalmanagement Hotline, we are now available to our clients for urgent matters, registrations and questions outside our regular business hours at the following times:

SUBSTITUTION SERVICE ...
… when there are staff shortages due to holidays or sick leave in personnel management! Is your payroll accounting system down at short notice or is your payroll accountant ill or on holiday for a longer period of time? We are happy to support you and take over the holiday and/or sick leave replacement for your employees.
In order for the substitution to work, we ask you to fulfil the following technical requirements:
- Payroll in BMD 5.5.
- Accounting in BMD NTCS
The link is established via VPN or ASP.
In everyday business, there may always be urgent matters and minor emergencies. Therefore, we also take on weekend registrations. We have set up our own personnel management hotline for this purpose.
